By creating an account and using Sounderman, you agree to these terms.
The service
Sounderman is a private music app that lets you and the members of your room upload and stream music. It is operated by Swiss Web Development Kiefer.
Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must provide a username and may add a profile. Don't impersonate others.
Your content
- You keep ownership of everything you upload.
- You grant us a limited licence to store, process and stream your uploads to other members of your room so the service can work.
- You confirm you hold the rights to what you upload and that it does not infringe copyright or any law. Don't upload illegal or infringing material.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms or the law.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it to harm others.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the provider, where permitted by law.
